Rachael Person

Rachael has been an integral part of Real Living Options since 2011. She began her journey as a support worker, providing direct care and support to Participants, before transitioning to the office team as a Rostering Officer. Through her dedication and strong organisational skills, Rachael quickly advanced to the role of Senior Support Facilitator. In this position, she oversees the coordination of support services, ensuring that each Participant receives tailored care that meets their unique needs. Rachael is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and is committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both participants and staff.
