Rachael Person

Rachael has been a valued member of Real Living Options since 2011. She began her career with the organisation as a Support Worker, delivering direct care and assistance to Participants. Her dedication and strong organisational abilities led to her transition into the office team as a Rostering Officer. Over time, Rachael’s commitment and leadership saw her progress into her current role as Support Manager. In this role, she oversees the delivery of support services, ensuring each Participant receives personalised care that aligns with their individual needs. Rachael is deeply passionate about improving the quality of life for people with disabilities and remains committed to creating a positive, supportive environment for both Participants and staff.
